Shipping Method Pickup is missing in the Backend #2132

I can't activate the PickUp method in the backend.

I think it is missing in

https://github.com/magento/magento2/blob/develop/app/code/Magento/OfflineShipping/etc/adminhtml/system.xml

I'm experiencing the same issue in my case using Magento EE 2.1.1. Is there any update?

Also need in store pickup and it's not available in Magento CE 2.1.7
