It takes more than 5 minutes to login Admin panel of Magento 2.3.5-p1 #29284

Preconditions (*)

  1. Magento 2.3.5-p1

Steps to reproduce (*)

  1. Login to Admin panel takes too long and in some cases it takes up to 20 minutes. After waiting for long time and the admin panel loaded, clicking any link takes the same amount of time.
  2. There is no problem with other functions of websites but only with admin panel.

  1. I have got 3 websites installed on 2 servers having the same issue.

I have found out that the problem occurred because of a policy of anti-malware software installed on servers. It was somehow blocking or slowing down access to the admin panel.
