Hi, came across this issue without being affected, but I thought sharing my mind could help.
Is it because the Community Edition (CE) gets installed two lines before composer tries to install the Enterprise Edition (EE)?
I don't actually know if EE needs CE installed in order to work, but to me installing both EE and CE sounds not right. Correct me if this is intended.
Maybe you can share your composer.json?
See if you have similar config lines at the bottom of your composer.json file, that was causing us similar error
