Hi @an4rei thank you for your report, I'm not able to reproduce issue by steps you described on clean 2.4-develop You could create your own email template with text/plain type and set it as default for order/account e-mail

@engcom-Delta, @sdzhepa: I believe this issue is closed incorrectly.

@an4rei wants to see both a version of mail contents in text/plain and text/html in one and the same email. You are talking about two different emails, but the OP wants them to be in one and the same email, which is technically possible: https://blog.aweber.com/email-template-design/are-you-sending-html-without-plain-text-alternatives.htm
