Login as customer opt-in checkbox not translatable #32329

Preconditions (*)

  1. Have Magento 2.4.2 with multiple website and store view in different languages

Steps to reproduce (*)

  1. In back office > Stores > Configuration >Customers > Login as Customer
  2. Look at the scope for fields "Title for Login as Customer opt-in checkbox" and "Login as Customer checkbox tooltip"

Expected result (*)

  1. Fields "Title for Login as Customer opt-in checkbox" and "Login as Customer checkbox tooltip" must be for scope "Store view" So you can translate for storeview

Actual result (*)

  1. Fields "Title for Login as Customer opt-in checkbox" and "Login as Customer checkbox tooltip" are for scope "Website" So you can't translate for storeview image

Please provide Severity assessment for the Issue as Reporter. This information will help during Confirmation and Issue triage processes.

Thanks for your reporting and collaboration.

We have verified the issue in Latest 2.4-develop instance and seems to be expected behaviour as per the magento devdocs https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/commerce-admin/config/customers/login-as-customer

Hence we are considering this as feature request.
