The order amount is displayed according to the old catalog price rule in the cart if the catalog price rule is updated.

Preconditions (*)

Magento ver. 2.4.2

Steps to reproduce (*)

Go to the Marketing > Catalog Price Rule
Add a new catalog price rule (for example, with a percentage discount of 15%)
Add item to cart with the current catalog price rule
Back to the catalog price rule page, and edit the rule ( for example set percentage value to 5%)
Go to the PDP to check updates

Don't forget to run reindex after enabled the catalog price rule.

Expected result (*)

Each time the price rule changes, the price of the items in the cart is also updated.

Actual result (*)

The Order Total is displayed according to the old catalog price rule in the cart

Costing example from example: Regular Price - $52.00 Price with 15% discount - $35.70 Price with 15% discount - $39.90

We have verified the issue in Latest 2.4-develop instance and the issue is reproducible.Kindly refer the screenshots.

Mini Cart still showing old catalog price discount.
