Verified the issue on Magento 2.4-develop branch and the issue is not reproducible: Steps performed: Admin - Stores - Configuration - Sales - Delivery methods - Enable USPS and configure Ship to Applicable Countries - Specific Countries Ship to Specific Countries - Selected US and Canada Save config Reindex and clear cache Front-end - Login using Customer or public user - Add product to Cart - Checkout - Ship to Canada Address No issue: USPS shipping methods are displayed User is able to place order using USPS shipping method with Canada address.
@SundarAkula please note that USPS International shipping methods will be applicable for Canada, as the Shipping Origin is US and Shipping address is Canada. There are different USPS International Shipping Options. USPS Domestic Shipping Options are not displayed in this case, as shipping address is Canada.

Thanks for reaching out. I tried in fresh Magento 2.4.1 Enable USPS with below webtool credentials Your Username is 209BARON3785 Your Password is 800UH64JT284
Followed Steps: Enable USPS Added above user and password Allow methods: Priority Mail International & Media mail Allowed Specific Countries: United States & Canada Save the configuration Run reindex & Clear cache. But I am not able any USPS methods for the US & Canada as well. [image: image.png]

Can you please recheck the issue on Magento 2.4-develop branch and provide below details if its still reproducible on 2.4-develop:

I verified again with above Shipping Origin and address details but the issue is not reproducible on 2.4-develop branch:

We have noticed that this issue has been resolved So we are closing it. Please raise a fresh ticket or reopen this ticket if you need more assistance on this.
I have enabled all USPS methods at the backend and allowed countries for the United States and Canada in configuration. But USPS shipping methods only showing for the United States only. For Canada, no shipping methods showing.
