Small letters should not be allow for cart price rule if Coupon code only in Capital letters

Preconditions (*)

Magento 2.4

Steps to reproduce (*)

Login into Admin
Create cart price rule with all capital letters like TEST123
Front End -> Enter coupon code like Test123 and click on Apply

Expected result (*)

In Coupon code small letters should not be allowed if added coupon with Capital letters

Actual result (*)

It allow with the small letters

Is this really an issue, though? Imo there may be vendor who prefer it that way. Is there any mention in devdocs that this should be case sensitive?
