Description (*)

When using Page builder to create a content page CMS it is possible to make a row and insert a full page picture or video. When making a video in the row configurations it is possible ot make a overlay color that is transparent to ex darken the video, so text is more visible. This overlay color for videos is not present for images, and that is a huge disadvantage because text is very hard to look at with no overlay color on images.

Expected behavior (*)

As the same way in page builder where a video can have a transparent overlay color, that functions shoud also be on pictures
