Hi @dtavieres , Thank you for the update , we tried to reproduce the issue on magento 2.4 develop and 2.4.5 instance , issue is not reproducible. we could see preview . Here are the screenshots.

Magento 2.4.5 :

Steps followed:

1. Install Page builder module successfully by following below doc https://github.com/magento/pagebuilder-docs/wiki/Installation-Guide
2. Content > Pages > Add New Page
3. Content > Pages > 'Edit' the new Page
4. Preview it
5. Observe the results and we could not find out such errors.

Please correct me if my steps are wrong to replicate the issue.

Good morning. Instaling Magento 2.4.4 or 2.4.5 from scratch (clean installation) module-page-builder 2.2.3 produces a glitch.
. Something is pointing to the wrong place. If you add a new page, page-builder is OK. but if you try to edit any of the magento default page, you have the error displayed in the screenshoot. In 2.4.4 downgrading to page-builder 2.2 as workaround fix the problem, but there is no way to downgrade to 2.2.2 in 2.4.5.

We are checking the issue with 2.4-develop branch as well as 2.4.5 magento instance...We are confirming the issue...its still reproducible. Steps: 1.Install magento instance 2.Go to Admin Panel 3.Go content 4.Click Homepage and Edit with Page Builder 5.Html code is Displaying We are getting actual result as per your description...so we are confirming the issue in 2.4develop as well as 2.4.5 magento instances.

Because we are getting actual results which means when we trying to open Edit with page builder its displaying the HTML code with all respective pages Along with in console its showing page-builder broken image.So we are confirming with 2.4-develop branch as well as 2.4.5 magento instance.

I do not have any updates. I do not work on this task directly just can check and summarise public and internal information. Priority for the issue was raised to P3. It is still Ready for Development in both backlogs - Community and Internal. It means that the issue still waiting for the developer(s) from Community Contributors or Adobe teams who start progress and propose PR with a fix.
