Thank you for the report and collaboration!

We tried to reproduce this on 2.4-develop(clean installation). But in our case it was not reproducible. Please take a look at the screenshot below:

Here same as billing address can be seen in the admin panel.

Please re-verify this and let know if are missing anything.
