Configurable product out-of-stock when imported

Preconditions and environment

• Magento version: 2.4.6-p3
• Php: 8.1
• Index: update by schedule

Steps to reproduce

1. have an out of stock configurable product with variations
2. export the product to an CSV
3. change is_in_stock to 1
4. import the product to magento

Expected result

the product should be in stock in the fronend.

Actual result

the product is out of stock in the frontend even though the product is showing in stock.

Thanks for reporting and collaboration.

Verified the issue in magento 2.4 dev instance.

We are seeing the configurable product as out-of-stock in both admin and UI after making the changes in CSV - is_in_stock column and importing the products CSV.
