Description

This feature is about improving the readability of the attribute value in case of installation with many StoreViews. The current magento2 version is poorly designed in case of many StoreViews.

Difficulty to read the values (fields have a compact width)
Admin values column is not frozen
On Swatch attributes, the table expand beyond the frame

Example with a Swatch attribute (but same can be observed on any attribute)

Expected behavior

As per the above picture, here are recommandations:

RED: Establisg Freeze-pane for the left columns (including Admin value)
ORANGE: Increase Column Width to obtain better view on the value (With definition of a maximum width).
GREEN: Establish an Horizontal scroll which sits inside the frame

Better productivity and data maintenance for the user.
