Short issue description

If a user exists within a multi-website with multiple shopping carts, then changing the user group will result in the inability to update Quote data for this user.

Steps to reproduce

Create 2 websites
Set price scope to the website
Share the customers globally
Set global currency to EUR
Set website 1 currency to USD
Set website 2 currency to EUR
Enable append store code to URL option
Create a product sharing with both websites
Set tier price for retailer customer group as 10% discount
Create a customer in the frontend add the product to the cart
Change the website by appending the store code and add the the same product to the same customer cart
Now change the customer group to retailer from the admin
Refresh the cart page of both websites

Check the attached screen recording for detailed steps

(x) Actual results

The price is not getting updated in the cart according to the tier prices after changing the customer group for both websites

(/) Expected results

The cart prices reflect the customer tier prices after switching the customer group
