Magento 2 login inside the checkout with existing customer give console error in Firefox browser

Preconditions and environment

• Magento version - 2.4.6
• Configurations - allow guest checkout from admin
• Ability to enter email address in the checkout then password field will appear and then submit will give this error inside the Firefox browser console

Steps to reproduce

1. Navigate to Store front as a guest user
2. Go to product page from home page or via category page
3. Add to cart a product
4. Proceed to checkout via minicart or from the cart page
5. Enter email address of an existing customer and then add password
6. Click login button

Firefox console without an error

Verified the issue on Magento 2.4-develop instance and the issue is reproducible.Kindly refer the screenshots.

Steps to reproduce

• Navigate to Store front as a guest user
• Go to product page from home page or via category page
• Add to cart a product
• Proceed to checkout via minicart or from the cart page
• Enter email address of an existing customer and then add password
• Click login button

We are getting error in console after clicking login.
