Please allow spanish language characters #38897

Description

I wrote a whole page in Spanish but used the hyphen that Spanish uses like, "Declaración de privacidad" or "Quiénes somos" and when I went to save, it erred. I also tried turning the page to spanish but my spanish isn't the best and it confuses me. It would be nice if I can Translate the LUma theme to spanish since the translation process isn't so straightforward probably because I come from a python background but I am learning.

Expected behavior

I want to be able to make manual translation to the default theme by adding spanish language letter like, "ó" and "é"

Benefits

iIt would make it easier to use other languages other than English quickly
