The "Delete connection" feature isn't properly disconnecting the Magento store from the Commerce Manager #57

Preconditions (*)

  1. Adobe commerce 2.4.5-p2
  2. Meta Business 1.2.7-dev

Steps to reproduce (*)

  1. Install Meta Business extension
  2. Enable the extension and complete the setup steps
  3. Delete the connection from the magento meta extension overview page
  4. Place an order from the facebook shop
  5. Observe the order status on the meta commerce manager

Expected result (*)

  1. The order status should be waiting to dispatch and should be able to create delivery label from the commerce manager itself

Actual result (*)

  1. Screenshot from 2024-03-04 12-22-38
  2. The order status is 'Order pending acknowledgement by Facebook & Instagram for Magento' and not able able to create the delivery label since the option is disabled on commerce manager
  3. Seems like deleting the connection from the magento extenison is not actually deleting it from the meta commerce manager system.
