Fix TypeError for Zend_Validate_File_Count property $_files #41

PHP 8.0 returned this error: TypeError: count(): Argument #1 ($value) must be of type Countable|array, null given in /home/jiri/www/portal/vendor/magento/zendframework1/library/Zend/Validate/File/Count.php:257 Stack trace:

This patch fixing it.
