Map instead of terrain view for small cache map #141

Currently the small preview map for a cache is "terrain" view from Google Maps. 

Zoomed in map follows mapv3 preference per user. This is not debated.

I'd like to request the ability to configure (server level, that is for all 
caches) that cache preview map (small map) use a different map type. For 
example "map" or "satellite".

You report the same issues few times, over and over. I merge it over and over, 
this is waste of my time to read duplicated issues.
