Remember last used log date #144

I request that for the current session, the last used log date (for new log) be 
saved in a cookie so that a new log page openes with date field prefilled with 
this date instead of current date, which is the default, and should remain the 
default in the absence of this cookie.

This feature is usefull for logging many caches that were visited in a date 
different then today. At this time, for each log, the user has to manually set 
the date other then today. It would be helpful.
