Weather function in map v3

[GoogleCodeExporter]

In "followed caches on a map" there is that very nice weather function. Can 
this function also be made in cachemap v3?
There is no other cachingsite who has this function. So why not show this on 
cachemap v3 :-)

Analysis of map inconsistencies: 

- Map v3
* no weather
* no save
* has map, sat, osmapa, ump layers

- enlarged map on cache page
* no weather
* no save
* has map, sat, osmapa, ump layers

- Map of most recent logs
* no weather
* no save
* only map and sat layers
* no zoomlevel to fit. 

- Map of watched geocaches
* has weather
* has only map and sat layers
* improper initial zoom level (should zoom to a level that fits all watched 
caches)
* has save map settings (saves only weather layer visibility)
