Waypoints should have description in multiple languages, like cache description #159

Cache descriptions are in multiple languages. This is great. 

Waypoints however lack titles and lack multiple language descriptions. 
One may either write a larger text in several languages, or use only one, but 
having a cache with multiple language descriptions and single language waypoint 
descriptions is awkward.
