statpics generator does not handle utf8 multibyte characters

when seeing statistics images generated from the stats link on a cache page, 
the image generator did not handle UTF8 characters correctly.

The pie chart is correct, the other charts are not.

Andrei, I've changed it, but you seem to have conflicting svn change on 
.htaccess or other problems:

svn: E155004: Working copy '/***/***/******' locked.
svn: E155004: '/***/***/******' is already locked.
svn: run 'svn cleanup' to remove locks (type 'svn help cleanup' for details)

Please read Issue #105 regarding the problems with .htaccess. I cannot solve 
conflicting .htaccess until then, and issue #105 needs measures taken at server 
level configuration.
