Spam via Powertrail

I found out while looking in the database that "powertrail" are collecting lots 
of mess, like spam from unknown user(s).

First picture shows from 7th place strange names.
Second picture shows a random strange text. (every text is different on 
different ID's from ID 7)
Third picture shows there is much of this spam.

Please take a look at this problem.
Perhaps add the userID who is responsible for this in this table.
