Admin statistics not visible #168

When looking at http://www.opencaching.nl/articles.php?page=cog there is only a 
error screen on devel machine and on oc.nl.
Sometime ago (i think it was in June) the statistics where visible.
Should the statistics always be visible or only in one part of year?

Now the statistics are visible?
I will not close this issue to see is it still work in the next month.

I see these oc-team stats are only visible in the month march.
Is this correct or should it be visible the whole year?
