Caches by region statistics #169

On oc.nl in caches by region does only show Polish region.
http://www.opencaching.nl/articles.php?page=s11a&lang=pl

This is done in line 43

"$rs = sql("SELECT `code`, `name` FROM `nuts_codes` WHERE `code` LIKE 'PL__' 
ORDER BY `name` COLLATE utf8_polish_ci ASC");"

Can file /tpl/stdstyle/articles/s11a.tpl.php be changed, so regions per node 
will be shown?

For oc.pl PL
For oc.ro RO
For oc.nl NL/BE/LU
