Timeline for migration to GitHub, or other repository ? #189

I have recently found out about Google's abandoning Google Code, and I've also 
read some talk about it on the mailing list. 

Has there been anything decided? 
Where and when will the project be moved to another repository (and which) ?

Please keep all node operators informed about this.
