Missing/Wrong data on SQLite #224

Installed all_3 dev, stage, and production. When getting installation data from SQLite3, I see that it returns the user details and admin path from the last installation for all.

i see there is some idea to install to dev only then replicate to staging and production, and manage parameters and settings with environmental variables
