error Command option 'timezone': Invalid value. #236

When we run install for Magento

Could not connect to the Amqp Server. Command option 'timezone': Invalid value. To see possible values, run command 'bin/magento info:timezone:list'.

Any idea why this is going wrong?

timezone configuration not exactly per magento list
