Multi-Store Sitemaps Fix #28

Created a directory called sitemap into $MAGE_ROOT, and allow all the files to be read within that directory

@magenx Why our pull request has been rejected?

extra_protect.conf file have only rejecting rules. creating /sitemaps/ folder in root is not a good idea. allow all for sitemaps folder not required. rewrite code for sitemap.*.xml store code is missing.
