Custom Rate Input not showing #27

Magento version #: 2.4.3-p1

Edition (EE, CE, OS, etc): CE

Expected behavior: It should show the custom rate input field on admin

Actual behavior:

I noticed this too on 2.4.5-p3. It does not show up in admin order edit, despite the info claiming otherwise.
