Magento version #: 2.3

Edition (EE, CE, OS, etc): CE

Expected behavior: To install and be able to load the Admin

Actual behavior: Page with the following Exception:

1 exception(s): Exception #0 (Magento\Framework\Exception\LocalizedException): Please upgrade your database: Run "bin/magento setup:upgrade" from the Magento root directory. The following modules are outdated: MagePal_GmailSmtpApp data: current version - none, required version - 1.5.1

Steps to reproduce:

Follow the steps to install via Composer

Preconditions

PHP 7.2 as required by Magento 2.3

@chongkan .... I have not idea why you are getting his error without review a few things in your environment.

Did you follow the instruction

Please upgrade your database: Run "bin/magento setup:upgrade"

If that does not work then you would have to open paid support and we will review it.
