Magento 2.3.4 - Invalid header value detected #160

This is a follow-up of #152. The issue still exists in 2.7.0 if a special character is used in the from address.

2.3.4

Edition (EE, CE, OS, etc):

CE

Expected behavior:

Mails when submitting the contact form are sent successfully.

Actual behavior:

Mails when submitting the contact form are not sent successfully. The error "Invalid header value detected" is shown.

Steps to reproduce:

Add a character like "ü" in trans_email/ident_support/name.
Submit the contact form.
