404 after click "Add new Post" on grid on backend #5

I'm getting

 Magento Admin
  404 Error
  Page not found.

when I'm trying click Add New Post. The same proble I have when I'm trying delete post.

I think adding a new Post is not implemented

any body help me to implement this. i done it befor but not using UI component
