In vignette, section 3.1, changed RAA triangle description as of date… #34

… from 1988-12-31 to 1990-12-31.

In the vignette, Chapter 3, section 1, accompanying the description of the RAA sample triangle, I believe the line:

"...for the 1988 origin year, the age of the 1351 value, evaluated as of 1988-12-31, is three years."

Should be changed to:

"...for the 1988 origin year, the age of the 1351 value, evaluated as of 1990-12-31, is three years."

Since for the 1988 origin year, the age of the 1351 value, evaluated as of 1988-12-31, is only one year.
