CLI Radio function not accepting changes and escaping prematurely

What steps will reproduce the problem?

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Should save radio changes upon moving sticks and pressing enter. Instead it 
escapes to the prompt shortly after pressing "radio" +enter and does not save 
the radio inputs/changes.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Arducopter Mega R1876, XP SP3

To recreate the problem, simply enter the CLI and go to setup then type radio.
