Throttle could not perform correctly #139

Arducoper NG or ACM?
ACM
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Used the latest code and try to test out with my TRI_COPTER
2. Increase throttle, the motor could run with slowly for all levels of throttle

Your radio has not been setup correctly. open the CLI, go to Setup Menu, type 
"radio"
follow the instructions.
exit and go to the test menu, type radio again. look for 0 - 800 output for the 
throttle.
