Saving Mag Offsets on motor disarm #170

Wondering if it was a good idea to move the MAG offset save everytim the motors 
get disarmed.
This way even if you don't fly for 7 minutes, you can get them saved correctly.
Also you could simulate a compass set offests by arming, turning your copter 
around and disarming.

I added manual calibration. Try that and let me know if it works.

It's in the setup CLI and called offsets
