Configurator wont run #51

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Download Visa drivers
2. Download cnofigurator exe
3. restart and run configurator

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expected to it to run since it's an exe. But no, it said I don't have the 
runtime installed. I don't know which runtime to install because apparently 
there about 10 of them on the site.

Was told not to post an installer, apparently the previous ArduPilot GCS was 
LabVIEW based so was told that user's knew how to get the runtime and driver 
for it.  Will send it to Jani so he can post it.

Turns out there are many many versions of Labview, I added the correct link to 
the runtime to the wiki. This was all that was needed.
