GCS wont run #52

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Installed Runtime - dont ask me which version...
2. GCS runs with Error - Missing cartesian coordinate rotation array

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expected it to run, instead I got missing .VI file errors.

Was told not to post an installer, apparently the previous ArduPilot GCS was 
LabVIEW based so was told that user's knew how to get the runtime and driver 
for it.  Will send it to Jani so he can post it.
