Not Working in magento 2.2.2 #59

I tried to install the module in magento 2.2.2 but same is not working as while setup upgrade command the module is not shown.

Kindly help

This module is not maintained anymore by us, it has moved to https://github.com/it4mage/CashOnDelivery . As far as now it does not support Magento 2.2.x , we are working on it.
