How to generate config file before each deployment

Hello,

we are doing auto deploy using pipe line of bicket

May be developer added new js on any page, we must need to create cconfig file again in that case , so i want to while auto deploy

• disable dev/js/enable_magepack_js_bundling
• generate config file
• upload config file
• bundle command run

is that right thing ?
