[FIX] Build theme on linux #38

New versions of linux have no gifsicle@5.1.0 and theme cannot be generated.

Hello, thank you for reporting an issue, unfortunately, a gifsicle is an indirect dependency on our frontend builder. It uses imagemin in version, which requires a higher gifsicle version. We have no resources for checking different possibilities here and checking what could be the impact on our projects, therefore we'll close this MR.
