Test Sweeping Strikes behaviour

• [x] Sweeping Strike charges should only be consumed on succesful attacks (parry/dodge/miss doesnt consume a charge) - Working as expected
• [ ] Test how dmg modifiers like enrage and armor affect sweeping strikes. They should only be taken into account once. On the secondary target, only the secondary targets armor should be taken into account.
• [ ] Test how crits work with Sweeping Strikes (If Overpower crits for 1000, Sweeping Strikes should also crit for 1000, not accounting for armor)
• [x] Sweeping Executes should do execute dmg if the secondary target is below 20% hp, auto attack dmg if above 20% hp

Looking at this log provided by Towneh we can see Sweeping Strikes does not consume a charge on non-successful attacks (parry/dodge/miss). As for the other tests, I'll keep analyzing this log (and others) but we might have to wait for a more controlled environment.
