most TBC sources have 30 agi = 1% dodge
Block value from Strength and total Block Value are not adding up on the beta. They are off by 1 Shield Block Value.
Naked 0 talent level 70 gnome warrior has 140 strength Strength tooltip in 'Base Stats' on Character Pane indicates "Increases Block by 7". Block tooltip in 'Defenses' on Character Pane indicates "Your block Stops 6 Damage".
Equip a 1 Shield Block Value shield (i.e. Small Shield), Block Tooltip updates to "Your block stops 7 Damage" and confirmed to be 7 damage in combat. With the 1 SBV shield equipped both the tooltip and in-combat block value should instead be 8 Block Value unless the first 20 strength or 1 SBV from strength or 1 SBV from shields is omitted for some intentional reason.
Same issue exists for Paladins.
Addendum: On WoW Classic, a level 1 Human Warrior (23 Strength) equipped with a Worn Wooden Shield (1 SBV) has a total shield block value of 1 when tested in combat.
