As a Labs Music Head, I would like Rock island option removed from the band pluggin #52

we currently have no plans and no one to run rock island at labs. I would rather add it back in as an option later than t promise what we can not deliver at this time

Can do, this fix is removing rock island from the event-labs.yaml file
