As a cms user, I'd like to be able to download properly named band images #77

On the Band Info page there is a link to view the band bio pic. If you save this link, or image, the file received is named "view_bio_pic.png". It would be a time-saver in multiple minuet amounts if Cool Band's Jam came back as "cool_bands_jam_bio_pic.png".
