As MAGWest, it is wrong to misinform bands about what donations are for #80

I was going through the band form and found this message on the donation page.

This is hardcoded into the bands plugin, and up until MAGWest has been accurate.

Thoughts on making this page different West versus Fest?

In the magwest band plugin there's a file called agreement.html where this can be easily overridden
