I'm gonna piggyback off this issue to record a user story for exactly how band creation would work:
in a perfect world, I would create the band and get a screen that allows me to input all band members names and email addresses and then they would auto populate into the badge form with the "fill out themselves" box ticked, then I would just tell how many +1 badges to add and ~Poof~ MAGIC.
[With] guest badges + band ribbons for band members, plain guest badges for their +1s
Dev interpretation: collect the list of names/emails, create badges with the placeholder flag (so they get pestered by the system to fill out their info), add the appropriate number of +1s to the group. All badges are guest badges, the placeholder badges would get band ribbons.
We don't need to worry about how the +1s get filled out because:
When we send the "Band Checklist" to folks, there is a section for them to assign their unclaimed badges. They've always done it through there.
Add fields to create additional band members on the "Add a Band" screen.
