+1 (belatedly) though there was no real need to delete this since it would have been overridden by the puppet-controlled value in development.ini. Though of course there's no reason NOT to delete it, and deleting it does confirm that the puppet-driven value is being applied, so that's cool.

yea, I've been on a quest to kill development-defaults.ini settings wherever possible and either move sensible defaults to confispec.ini, or move the actual config into puppet.
